CodesClue designed Therapix.ai, an AI clinical documentation platform, helping clinicians trust automated notes from real therapy sessions.
Designing a clinical-grade interface that earned a medical professional's trust immediately was the purpose to fulfill. Clinicians need to see exactly how AI-generated notes are built from a session, nothing should feel like a black box, especially with patient documentation on the line.
Later on, we worked on ensuring speed under real clinical pressure. The layout had to scan fast for practitioners moving between patients on desktop, and between rooms on mobile, without losing the clarity a clinical record demands. Every screen was built for accuracy first, polish second.
The finished platform gives Therapix a clinical-grade experience that clinicians adopt with confidence. It enables the staff to cut manual note-taking time and makes AI-generated documentation transparent and auditable. We also made it support faster, more accurate patient records through a clean, fast, trust-first interface.
