Objectives

Design that makes discovery feel like a conversation.

We created a storefront that lets shoppers search the way they actually talk, not the way a filter menu expects them to. We also built an AI-driven search experience that translates casual phrases into structured product results, backed by real-time inventory synced straight from the dispensary's POS.

The further aim was achieving compliance without friction, including age-gating, strain data, and regulatory messaging needed to feel built-in, not bolted on. Simultaneously, budtender-style recommendations and a smooth checkout kept the experience feeling personal, not clinical.
